Surrendering Your Adopted Tailwaggers 911 Dog
Tailwaggers 911 Dog Rescue is committed to
the dogs we rescue and adopt into homes. We realize that sometimes
issues or circumstances may arise when our adoptive families are no
longer able to keep their rescue dog. Tailwaggers 911 will take your dog back into our rescue.
Our goal is to find another wonderful home for him/her through the same
process you and your family went through when you adopted him/her. In
order to do so, we will need as many details and information
about your dog as you are able to provide.
In order to do so, we will need a detailed surrender application in
addition to all vet records. Please be aware that the dog must be
completely up-to-date with the following vetting: DHLPP, Rabies, Heart
Worm Test (negative), Heart Worm Preventative, Flea/Tick Preventative,
Bordatella, Lymes, Date of last wellness exam
including fecal.
Email vetting records to
apps@tailwaggers911.com
Placement may take some time depending on the availability of our foster
homes at the time you submit your surrender application.
We will do our best to complete the surrender process in a timely manner.
